My Cocoon

My Cocoon represents a bold strategic departure for Eternity Development — and a statement of intent about the future of affordable travel. Conceived as a response to the growing demand from younger, design-conscious travellers for accommodation that offers genuine aesthetic quality without the price point of a luxury hotel, My Cocoon introduces an entirely new typology to Mykonos: the design hostel.

The project occupies a purpose-built property on the outskirts of Mykonos Town, designed by an award-winning Greek architecture studio. The building is organised around a series of private sleeping pods — each a precision-engineered capsule of comfort and privacy — arranged around generous communal spaces that include a rooftop pool, a café-bar, co-working facilities, and an event space that has become one of the island's most talked-about cultural venues.

Every detail of My Cocoon has been designed to challenge the assumption that quality and affordability are in opposition. From the hand-poured concrete surfaces to the custom-designed pod interiors with their individually controlled lighting and climate systems, the project sets a new benchmark for what a hostel can be — and has attracted significant international media attention as a result, establishing Mykonos as a destination for a new generation of travellers.
